These Terms govern your use of YeePilot and define how operational and legal risk is allocated between you and us.

1. Acceptance and Scope
By using YeePilot, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the service.
These Terms apply to our website, dashboard, APIs, CLI/TUI, and related services.
2. Accounts and Access Security
You are responsible for account credentials, access control, and all activity under your account.
You must provide accurate information and promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. AI Assistance and Operator Responsibility
YeePilot provides AI-assisted output that may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect.
You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and approving all commands and operational decisions before execution.
YeePilot is not professional legal, financial, security, or compliance advice.
4. Acceptable Use and Compliance Duties
You may use the service only in compliance with applicable law, these Terms, and third-party rights.
You are responsible for ensuring you have required permissions and lawful authority for all systems and data you operate through YeePilot.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access, abuse, malware delivery, or service disruption.
- Do not bypass security controls, limits, or protections.
- Do not use the service in violation of export controls, sanctions, or trade restrictions applicable to you.
- Do not copy, resell, or misuse service materials except where explicitly permitted by law.
5. Third-Party Services and High-Risk Activities
YeePilot depends on third-party infrastructure and providers. Their availability, performance, and policy changes are outside our control.
Use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
YeePilot is not designed, licensed, or warranted for life-critical or other high-risk environments where failure can cause personal injury, death, severe environmental damage, or major property loss.
6. Availability, Changes, and Data Responsibility
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
We work to keep the service stable and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
We are not responsible for failures caused by third-party providers, networks, platforms, or your own infrastructure.
You are responsible for your own backups, rollback plans, and disaster recovery procedures.
7. Use at Your Own Risk and Warranty Disclaimer
You use YeePilot entirely at your own risk.
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, and uninterrupted operation.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YeePilot and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from or related to the service, including direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
This includes, without limitation, loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, security incidents, misconfigurations, and third-party outages.
Where liability cannot be fully excluded under mandatory law, liability is limited to the minimum extent required by that law.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless YeePilot and its operators from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of rights.
10. Governing Law, Venue, and Updates
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, excluding conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
To the extent legally permitted, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is the registered seat of the provider in Germany.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
