1. Acceptance and Licensed Software
By downloading, installing, activating, copying, or using the YeePilot client, you accept this EULA.
If you do not accept this EULA, do not install, activate, or use the YeePilot client.
This EULA applies to the YeePilot CLI/TUI binaries, installers, update packages, technical protections, and related client-side materials.
2. Ownership and Copyright Notice
YeePilot client software and related client-side materials are proprietary works owned by Richard Sarksan and Roman Kotov.
Copyright (c) 2026 Richard Sarksan and Roman Kotov. All rights reserved.
This EULA grants only a limited right to use the software and does not transfer ownership of the software, source code, intellectual property, or branding.
3. Limited License Grant
Subject to this EULA and any valid service entitlement, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the YeePilot client for your own internal, lawful operations.
You may make only the minimum backup copies reasonably required for operational continuity.
4. Restrictions
Except to the maximum extent mandatory law expressly permits otherwise, you must not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decode, derive source code from, or otherwise attempt to reconstruct the YeePilot client or any protected component.
- Remove, alter, or obscure copyright notices, proprietary legends, security markers, signatures, or technical protection measures.
- Circumvent, disable, tamper with, benchmark for bypass purposes, or interfere with licensing, authentication, update validation, integrity checks, diagnostics controls, or anti-tamper protections.
- Create, distribute, publish, sell, lease, share, or use cracked, modified, unauthorized, or counterfeit versions of the YeePilot client.
- Use the YeePilot client to build a competing product or to extract proprietary implementation details beyond what mandatory law cannot exclude.
5. Updates, Connectivity, and Enforcement
The YeePilot client may communicate with YeePilot services for activation, device authorization, entitlement checks, diagnostics, or signed update delivery.
Security, integrity, licensing, and update protections are part of the licensed product scope and must not be bypassed or neutralized.
We may suspend or terminate access to the client and related services if this EULA or other applicable product terms are violated.
6. Termination
This EULA remains effective until terminated.
Your rights under this EULA terminate automatically if you violate this EULA or use the client without a valid entitlement.
On termination, you must stop using the software and delete all installed and backup copies under your control, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
7. Additional Terms
This EULA supplements the YeePilot Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Warranty disclaimers, liability limits, and governing-law provisions in the YeePilot Terms of Service also apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
If mandatory law gives you non-waivable interoperability or reverse-engineering rights, this EULA is interpreted only up to the maximum restriction legally allowed.
